1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Trade Suite ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Program Description
AI Trade Suite is a review monitoring platform designed for tradespeople and small businesses. Our service monitors your business reviews across Google and Yelp, delivers weekly email summary reports, and sends SMS alerts when your business receives a negative review. The platform is intended to help small business owners stay informed and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: AI Trade Suite SMS Alerts
Description: By providing your mobile phone number and enrolling in SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from AI Trade Suite. These messages include alerts for new negative reviews posted about your business on Google or Yelp.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the volume of reviews your business receives. You may receive up to one SMS alert per negative review detected. During periods of high review activity, you may receive multiple messages per day.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual plan. AI Trade Suite does not charge separately for SMS messages beyond your subscription fee.
Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, contact us at support@aitradesuite.com.

Supported Carriers: SMS alerts are available on most major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all mobile carriers.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
AI Trade Suite is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the plan rate selected at sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AI Trade Suite only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AI Trade Suite — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of AI Trade Suite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Trade Suite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. Review data is sourced from third-party platforms (Google, Yelp) and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in that data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Trade Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
